摘  要:描述了免示教零件坡口切割中心先进的软硬件集成能力。切割方式可以采用火焰切割或等离子切割,满足碳钢板不同尺寸、不同精度的直线、弧线的无人化柔性加工作业。在硬件上,配置六轴机械臂、切割系统、打磨系统、自动进卸料系统和尺寸可定制的工作台;在软件上,搭载免编程工业软件和视觉算法系统,规划机器人的运动路径并实时纠偏,确保生产精度、自动化上下料及加工,有效提高切割效率和切割品质。快速响应生产制造节拍的同时满足小批量、多品种的坡口加工需求,有效实现了机器人在坡口切割领域的创新应用。Described the teach-free bevel cutting center for parts that integrate advanced hardware and software capabilities.Cutting methods can be used flame cutting or plasma cutting for carbon steel plate to meet different sizes,different precision of straight line,arc of unmanned flexible production.On the hardware,it is equipped with six-axis manipulator,cutting system,grinding system,automatic feeding and unloading system and customizable workbench;on the software,it is equipped with no-programming industrial software and visual algorithm system,planning the robot's motion path and correcting deviation in real time to ensure production accuracy,automatic feeding and unloading and processing,effectively improve cutting efficiency and cutting quality.Rapid response to the rhythm of production and manufacturing,and meet the needs of small batch,multi-variety groove processing,effectively achieve innovative applications of the robot in the groove cutting field.
