摘  要:为提高饮料瓶的开发速度,文中研究了在ANSYS中进行瓶体成型与抗压性能分析的联合模拟方法。开展了正交实验和多重循环实验,进行了以关键工艺参数为变量、抗压强度为因变量的参数拟合,拟合的参数分别是:a为925.136,b_(1)为-3300.279,b_(2)为-7.717,c_(1)为5738.422,c_(2)为-1.437。进行了抗压强度最大为目标的单目标优化计算,当吹胀延迟时间为0.5s,高吹压力为3.2MPa时,抗压强度最高,最高值为680.454Pa。经过实验验证,在该工艺参数条件下,所得结果与优化结果极为接近。The joint simulation method of bottle molding and compressive performance analysis in ANSYS is studied to improve the development speed of beverage bottles.The orthogonal experiment and the multi cycle experiment are carried out.and the parameter fitting with key process parameters as variables and compressive strength as dependent variables is carried out.The fitting parameters are as follows:a is 925.136,b1 is-3300.279,b2 is-7.717,c1 is 5738.422,and c2 is-1.437.The single objective optimization calculation with the maximum compressive strength as the objective is carried out.The results of single objective optimization are as follows:when the inflation delay time is 0.5s and the high inflation pressure is 3.2MPa.The experimental results show that under the conditions of the process parameters,the obtained results are very close to the optimization results.
