摘  要:为了更好地培养优质的应用型创新人才,高校需要与优质企业进行合作,沟通探索校企协同培养应用型创新人才的新范式,通过这种方式来充分提升高等院校新工科的建设质量。在探索过程中,需要校企进行充分合作,从理念、模式以及方法上来分析当前新工科教育的本质与内涵,将培养人才的效率保持在一个较为良好的效率之上,以此满足当前社会对新工科应用型创新人才的需求。在此基础上,本文以新工科的建设背景为基础,从全方面多角度来探索分析新工科建设背景下校企协同培养应用型创新人才的方式方法,为高校奠定坚实的人才培养基础,满足社会对应用型创新人才的迫切需求。In order to better cultivate high-quality applied innovation talents,universities need to cooperate with high-quality enterprises,communicate and explore new paradigms for school-enterprise collaborative cultivation of applied innovation talents,and fully improve the construction quality of new engineering disciplines in higher education institutions.In the exploration process,it is necessary for schools and enterprises to fully cooperate,analyze the essence and connotation of current new engineering education from the perspectives of concepts,models,and methods,and maintain the efficiency of talent cultivation at a relatively good level,in order to meet the current demand for innovative talents in new engineering applications in society.Based on the background of new engineering construction,this paper mainly explores and analyzes the ways and methods of school-enterprise collaborative cultivation of applied innovation talents under the background of the construction of new engineering from all aspects and perspectives,laying a solid foundation for talent cultivation in universities and meeting the urgent demand for applied innovation talents in society.
