互联网中传销言语信息治理路径探究

摘　　要：互联网中经常出现与传销有关的违法言语信息,这类信息具有很强的迷惑性和误导性。本文认为对其进行治理首先应对这类言语信息进行采集,一方面通过建立相应的数据库,基于话题跟踪和舆情监测等手段,对这类言语信息进行发现和管理;另一方面要树立多元共治的思路,加强对传销违法言语信息的收集,建立信息共享机制,并及时向社会公众揭露,增强其防范意识。另外,要明确网络服务供应商承担配合查处网络传销的责任,多管齐下对传销言语信息进行综合治理。Illegal verbal information related to pyramid schemes often appears on the Internet,which is highly deceptive and misleading.This paper believes that in order to govern it,the first step is to collect such information.On the one hand,it is necessary to establish corresponding databases,and based on methods such as topic tracking and public opinion monitoring,discover and manage such verbal information;on the other hand,we should base ourselves on the concept of diversified governance,strengthen the collection of illegal language information on pyramid schemes,establish an information sharing mechanism,timely disclose such information to the public,and enhance their awareness of prevention.At the same time,it is clear that network service providers bear the responsibility of cooperating in the investigation and punishment of pyramid schemes,and work together to truly achieve the governance of pyramid scheme verbal information.
