摘  要:以在产轮胎胎面冠部胶配方为基本配方,对增塑体系、防护体系和硫化体系进行优化,以改善胎冠变色问题。结果表明,在胶料各项性能相当的前提下,适当降低配方中防老剂等易迁移小分子组分的用量可以大大减轻模具的污染,胎冠变色明显减弱。Based on the tread crown compound formula of tires in production,the plasticizer system,protective system and vulcanization system were optimized to improve the discoloration of the tread crown.The results showed that,with comparable compound properties,appropriately reducing the amount of easily migrating small molecule components such as antioxidants in the formula could greatly reduce mold contamination and significantly reduce tire crown discoloration.
