肺原发性恶性黑色素瘤一例

摘　　要：本文报道了一例左肺原发性恶性黑色素瘤的临床特点及CT影像表现、病理诊断及免疫组化结果,并对其诊断标准、影像表现及主要鉴别诊断进行了相关文献复习。本例患者因“活动后气促5 d”于我院就诊,行CT平扫+增强检查提示为左肺肿瘤及右肺门转移。经穿刺活检免疫组化结果和病理诊断为恶性黑色素瘤,结合患者体格检查结果和相关病史,最终诊断为左肺原发性恶性黑色素瘤。This article reports the clinical traits,CT image manifestations,pathological diagnosis,and immunohistochemical findings of primary malignant melanoma of the left lung,and the diagnostic criteria,imaging features,and main differential diagnosis were reviewed.The patient was admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University due to"shortness of breath after activity for 5 days",and CT plain scan plus enhanced examination indicated tumor of the left lung and metastasis of the right lung hilum.The puncture biopsy immunohistochemical results and pathological diagnosis showed malignant melanoma.Combined with the physical examination results and related medical history,the final diagnosis was primary malignant melanoma of the left lung.
