国医大师徐经世运用“扶正祛邪法”治疗宫颈癌经验

摘　　要：宫颈癌属于中医妇科学“带下病”的范畴,以往医家多认为其病机是正虚邪实,治疗以扶正驱邪为主。国医大师徐经世通过以往长期的临床观察和实践,认为宫颈癌产生的病因在于外感HPV病毒,长久而致任带二脉失去约束,其本在于正气亏虚,肝脾肾功能失调,其标为湿热、瘀毒,属本虚标实证,治疗的关键在于恢复机体正气,畅调气血,扶助阳气,祛除实邪,使人体正气复常,行则有序。徐经世遵“理脾宗东垣,和胃效天士”之旨,根据肿瘤的病理特点创扶正安中汤,随证加减而治,为临床诊治宫颈癌提供了一定思路。Cervical cancer belongs to the category of"under disease"in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.In the past,most doctors thought that its pathogenesis was positive deficiency and evil solid,and the treatment was mainly to promote positive exorcism.Through long-term clinical observation and practice in the past,Chinese medical master Xu Jingshi believed that the cause of cervical cancer lies in external HPV virus,which causes the loss of restraint of the two veins of Rendai for a long time,which is originally due to the deficiency of positive Qi and the dysfunction of liver,spleen and kidney function,which is labeled as damp heat and blood stasis,which is an empirical manifestation of the deficiency.The key to treatment is to restore the body's positive Qi,regulate Qi and blood,support Yang Qi,and remove the solid evil.Make the body return to normal,the line is orderly.Xu Jingshi followed the principle of"regulating spleen Zongdongyuan,and stomach efficting Tianshi",created Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction according to the pathological characteristics of tumor,and treated it with the increase and decrease of the syndrome,which provided certain ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
