浮针介入出血性中风阳闭证的时机与方法探讨

摘　　要：出血性中风阳闭证早期康复介入的时间、方法及安全性目前处于探索阶段,以脑内出血停止时间为依据,康复介入时间采取个体化的原则,选择介入的最佳时机;以辨病与辨经,辨证与辨经为依据,定穴为络。阐述浮针可作为出血性中风阳闭证早期康复介入的有效手段。The timing,method and safety of early rehabilitation intervention for hemorrhagic stroke with yang blocking syndrome are currently in the exploratory stage.Based on the stopping time of intracerebral hemorrhage,rehabilitation intervention time should be individualized and the best time for intervention should be selected.On the basis of disease and meridian dfferentiation,syndrome and meridian differentiation,acupoint fixing is the collaterals.This paper expounds that floating needle can be used as an effective means of early rehabilitation intervention for hemorrhagic apoplexy with yang blocking syndrome.
