摘  要:以壳聚糖和阿拉伯树胶为原料,碱/尿素水溶液为溶剂体系,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚为交联剂,制备壳聚糖/阿拉伯树胶复合凝胶。采用单因素试验和Box-Behnken响应面法,研究壳聚糖与阿拉伯树胶质量比、交联时间、交联温度对复合凝胶硬度的影响。壳聚糖/阿拉伯树胶复合凝胶最佳工艺条件为:壳聚糖与阿拉伯树胶质量比1.09∶1、交联时间5 h,交联温度55℃。在此优化工艺条件下,复合凝胶硬度为5.14 N,优化结果准确可靠,可为壳聚糖基聚电解质复合凝胶制备提供技术参考。Chitosan/Arabic gum composite gel was prepared by using chitosan and gum Arabic as raw materials,alkali/urea aqueous solution as solvent system and polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether as crosslinking agent.The effects of mass ratio of chitosan to gum Arabic,crosslinking time and crosslinking temperature on the hardness of composite gel were studied by single factor test and Box-Behnken response surface method.The results showed that the optimal preparation process of chitosan/gum Arabic composite gel was as follows:the mass ratio of chitosan to gum Arabic 1.09:1,the crosslinking time 5 h,and the crosslinking temperature 55°C.Under the optimized process conditions,the hardness of the composite gel was 5.14 N.The optimization results are accurate and reliable,which can provide technical reference for the preparation of chitosan-based polyelectrolyte composite gels.
