摘 要:针对国内职业院校师资队伍建设中出现的问题,结合职教发达国家的成熟师资建设体系,构建符合我国国情的职业教育师资队伍建设体系:(1)完善职前培养和在岗培训制度,建立全面科学的师资培养体系,整体提高在职师资职业技能水平;(2)严把师资准入关,加强职业教育教师队伍的专业化建设,打造高水平“双师型”师资团队;(3)完善高职院校师资队伍保障机制,加强对职业教育教师的评价和激励机制建设,不仅要“筑巢引凤”,更要“固巢留凤”。In response to the problems encountered in the construction of teaching staff in domestic vo⁃cational colleges,combined with the mature teaching staff construction system of vocational education in de⁃veloped countries,a vocational education teaching staff construction system that is in line with China′s nation⁃al conditions is constructed:(1)improve the pre service and on-the-job training systems,establish a compre⁃hensive scientific teaching staff training system,and overall improve the vocational skills level of in-service teachers;(2)strictly control the admission of teachers,strengthen the professional construction of vocational education teachers,and create a high-level"dual teacher"teaching team;(3)improve the guarantee mecha⁃nism for the teaching staff of vocational colleges,strengthen the evaluation and incentive mechanism construc⁃tion for vocational education teachers,not only to"build nests to attract talents",but also to"retain talents".
