摘　　要：目的为药品检验机构的样品管理系统建设提供参考。方法梳理药品检验机构样品管理全流程工作,基于现代信息网络技术及射频识别技术(RFID)等的设备,设计药品检验机构样品管理系统与流程,分析系统所需硬件设备,设计各环节功能。结果以样品管理工作流程为主线,运用设计的管理系统和RFID读写器、感应门禁等设备,从样品接收、暂存、转送,留样入库、盘点、启封、追加、调用、销毁,以及提示警示、查询统计、信息修改等12个环节和模块,提出药品检验机构样品管理系统设计构想。结论设计的系统理论上能实时准确记录、及时提示警示、快速查询追溯各环节样品管理信息,实现样品管理全过程信息可记、可查、可追溯,提高样品管理工作质量和效率。该设计可为药品检验机构加强样品管理,建设样品管理系统提供参考。Objective To provide a reference for the construction of sample management system of drug inspection institutes.Methods The entire workflow of sample management in drug inspection institutes was sorted out.Based on the modern information network technology and radio frequency identification(RFID)technology,a sample management system and workflow of drug inspection institutes was designed,the hardware required for the system was analyzed,and the function of each link was designed.Results Taking the sample management workflow as the main thread,the designed management system,RFID readers,inductive access control and other equipments were used to propose the design concept of a sample management system for drug inspection institutes from 12 links and modules,including samples'reception,temporary storage,transfer,retained samples'warehousing,stocktaking,unsealing,addition,call and destruction,prompt,warning,query,statistics and information modification.Conclusion The designed system can theoretically realize the real-time and accurate record,timely prompt and warning,fast query and tracing of sample management information at various links,thereby realizing the recordability,accessibility and traceability of information throughout the entire process of sample management,and improving the quality and efficiency of sample management.This design can provide a reference for drug inspection institutes to strengthen the sample management and construct the sample management systems.
