摘　　要：临床实习是医学生本科阶段培养的关键环节。随着临床学科的精细化和亚专业化快速发展,医学生在实习过程中面临着亚专业技能覆盖不全和考核方式单一的问题,这给实习教学质量带来了风险。为了解决这些问题,四川大学华西医院外科学系建立了临床医学专业本科生外科实习培养的全过程管理机制。在实习教育改革实践中,外科学系将外科基本技能进行任务分解,并分配到各个外科临床科室,确保医学生在临床实习期间能够全面掌握所需的基本技能。此外,外科学系还改革了外科实习的考核模式,从单一考核转变为多元考核方式,从而提高了医学生的实习效果和实习教学质量。Clinical practice is a crucial part of the training course for medical students.Owing to the rapid expansion of clinical disciplines toward refinement and specialization,medical undergraduates face problems such as inadequate coverage and a single assessment method during the clinical internship,which may influence the quality of clinical skills studied during the internship.This study was intended to summarize the experience gained by the department of surgery at West China Hospital,Sichuan University through the execution of a comprehensive process management practice program of clinical internship for the medical students.In the practice of internship education reform,the department of surgery first implement task decomposition for all of the basic surgical skills in each surgical department,and also create conditions for full coverage of students'skills training,such as professional teachers,modern training equipment,and special training venues.In addition,the department of surgery reformed the assessment mode of the surgical internship,changing a single assessment to a multiple assessment method.Through these reforms,it will help improve the effectiveness of clinical medical students in surgical internship and enhance the quality of surgical internship teaching.
