混合式教学模式在小儿神经外科临床实践教学中的探索

摘　　要：目的评价将混合式教学模式应用于小儿神经外科临床实践教学的效果。方法2019年7月—2021年6月,将重庆医科大学儿科学院五年制本科生分为试验组(21名)和对照组(23名),试验组采用混合式教学模式,对照组采用传统线下教学模式,对比两组理论和技能考核成绩,对试验组学生进行问卷调查,随访2组学生考研结果。结果试验组学生理论成绩为(81.84±6.26)分,对照组为(81.96±5.39)分,差异无统计学意义(P=0.953);试验组学生技能成绩为(78.89±5.73)分,对照组为(81.21±5.01)分,差异无统计学意义(P=0.172);试验组学生问卷调查认可度高,试验组考研录取率(81%)高于对照组(73%),差异无统计学意义(P=0.782)。结论混合式教学模式在小儿神经外科临床实践教学中可取得与传统的线下教学模式相同的教学效果,学生接受度高,可应用于儿科学本科生的临床实践教学。Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of the blended teaching model in the clinical practice of pediatric neurosurgery.Methods From July 2019 to June 2021,five-year undergraduates in the Academy of Pediatric Sciences of Chongqing Medical University were divided into experimental group(n=21)and control group(n=23).The blended learning mode was adopted in the experimental group,while the traditional offline teaching mode was adopted in the control group.The test results of theory and skill were compared between the two groups,the students in experimental group were investigated by questionnaire,and the results of postgraduate entrance examination were followed up.Result The theoretical scores of the experimental group and the control group were(81.84±6.26)points and(81.96±5.39)points respectively,and there was no significant difference(P=0.953).The skill scores of the experimental group and the control group were(78.89±5.73)points and(81.21±5.01)points respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.172).The students of the experimental group had higher recognition in the questionnaire survey,and the admission rate of the experimental group(81%)was higher than that of the control group(73%),with no statistical significance(P=0.782).Conclusion The blended teaching mode can achieve the same teaching effect as the traditional offline teaching mode in the clinical practice of pediatric neurosurgery,with high student acceptance,which can be applied to the clinical practice of pediatric undergraduates.
