内观疗法联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症合并抑郁的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症(SCH)合并抑郁患者采用内观疗法联合利培酮治疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月-2023年5月重庆临江门医院收治的SCH合并抑郁患者共计82例,以随机数字表法分成研究组(n=41)和对照组(n=41),对照组给予利培酮治疗,研究组给予内观疗法联合利培酮治疗,比较两组临床疗效、精神状况、抑郁程度及社会功能。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.68%(38/41),较对照组的75.61%(31/41)更高(P<0.05);两组治疗后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分降低(P<0.05),研究组较对照组更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后贝克抑郁量表(BDI-Ⅱ)评分降低(P<0.05),研究组评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后个体与社会功能量表(PSP)评分提高(P<0.05),社会适应能力评估量表(SAFE)评分降低(P<0.05),研究组PSP评分较对照组更高(P<0.05),SAFE评分更低(P<0.05)。结论SCH合并抑郁患者采用内观疗法联合利培酮治疗的临床疗效较高,能够有效改善患者精神状况、抑郁程度及社会功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination therapy with risperidone on patients with SCH and depression.Methods A total of 82 patients with SCH and depression who were admitted in Chongqing Linjiangmen Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into the study group(n=41)and the control group(n=41).The control group was given risperidone,and the study group was given combination of internal observation therapy and risperidone.The clinical efficacy,mental status,degree of depression,and social function in both groups were compared.Results In comparision of the control group 75.61%(31/41),the total effective rate of the study group 92.68%(38/41)was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the PANSS scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,the study group was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the BDIII scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,the study group was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSP scores in both groups were increased(P<0.05),SAFE scores were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,PSP scores in the study group were higher(P<0.05),SAFE scores were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of combination therapy with risperidone for patients with SCH and depression is relatively high,which can effectively improve the patient's mental state,depression level,and social function.
