老年帕金森病患者外周血ApoA1/HDL、UA水平与Hoehn-Yahr分级的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探究老年帕金森病(SPD)患者外周血载体蛋白A1与高密度脂蛋白(ApoA1/HDL)、血尿酸(UA)水平与帕金森病分级(Hoehn-Yahr分级)的关系。方法选取2021年3月-2023年9月在前海人寿广州总医院接受治疗的80例SPD患者为观察组,另随机选取同时间段80例在该院接受健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组MMSE、MoCA评分,检测两组外周血载体蛋白A1(ApoA1)、UA、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及ApoA1/HDL水平,使用Spearman分析评估外周血指标水平与Hoehn-Yahr分级的相关性。结果观察组患者的MMSE分值、MoCA分值均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同Hoehn-Yahr分级患者MMSE量表、MoCA量表评分存在显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者外周血UA、ApoA1、HDL-C及ApoA1/HDL水平与对照组相比均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同Hoehn-Yahr分级患者外周血UA、ApoA1、HDL-C及ApoA1/HDL水平存在显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者的Hoehn-Yahr分级与UA、ApoA1、HDL-C及ApoA1/HDL水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论SPD患者外周血UA、ApoA1、HDL-C及ApoA1/HDL水平降低,且其水平与Hoehn-Yahr分级呈负相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between peripheral blood carrier protein A1,high-density lipoprotein(ApoA1/HDL),blood uric acid(UA)levels,and Parkinson's disease grading(Hoehn-Yahr grading)in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease(SPD).Method 80 SPD patients who received treatment in our hospital from March 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were randomly selected as the control group.The MMSE and MoCA scores of the two groups were compared,and the levels of peripheral blood carrier protein A1(ApoA1),UA,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and ApoA1/HDL were measured.Spearman analysis was conducted to evaluate the correlation between peripheral blood index levels and Hoehn-Yahr grading.Result The MMSE score and MoCA score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were significant differences in MMSE and MoCA scores among patients with different Hoehn-Yahr grades(P<0.05);the levels of UA,ApoA1,HDL-C,and ApoA1/HDL in the peripheral blood of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were significant differences in peripheral blood UA,ApoA1,HDL-C,and ApoA1/HDL levels among patients with different Hoehn-Yahr grades(P<0.05);the Hoehn-Yahr grading of the observation group patients was negatively correlated with UA,ApoA1,HDL-C,and ApoA1/HDL levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of UA,ApoA1,HDL-C,and ApoA1/HDL in peripheral blood of SPD patients decrease,and their levels are negatively correlated with Hoehn-Yahr grading.
