醒脑开窍针法治疗脑出血后遗症的疗效以及对运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察醒脑开窍针法治疗脑出血后遗症的疗效以及对运动功能的影响。方法64例患者随机分为对照组32例及观察组32例。对照组使用康复训练疗法,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合应用醒脑开窍针法进行治疗。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分及FMA评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血后遗症的患者在治疗期间使用醒脑开窍针法治疗的效果更加显著。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage and its impact on motor function.Method 64 patients were randomly divided into a control group of 32 cases and an observation group of 32 cases.The control group was treated with functional exercise,while the observation group patients were treated with a combination of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment the NIHSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the quality of life score and FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of using the Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method during treatment is more significant for patients with sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage.
