摘　　要：本文建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,测定酵素果冻中大黄素和芦荟大黄素的分析方法。结果表明,该方法简单快速、灵敏度高,适用于酵素果冻中大黄素和芦荟大黄素的测定。This article establishes an analytical method for the determination of emodin and aloe emodin in enzyme jelly by high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The results indicate that this method is simple,fast,and highly sensitive,suitable for the determination of emodin and aloe emodin in enzyme jelly.
