技术标准对企业关键技术自主化的影响机制研究——来自民营企业的微观证据

摘　　要：基于2011—2018年江苏省上规模民营企业调查数据,实证检验技术标准对企业关键技术自主化的作用机制,剖析对外直接投资的调节机制。研究发现:技术标准显著推动企业关键技术自主化,牵头制定技术标准对企业关键技术自主化的推动作用强于参与制定技术标准的推动作用;对外直接投资强化了技术标准对企业关键技术自主化的推动作用,其中,外部投资信息、信息咨询机构是发挥对外直接投资正向调节作用的重要条件。Based on the survey data from large scale private enterprises in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2018,this paper empirically tested the effect of technical standards on the autonomy of enterprises’key technologies and analyzed the moderating mechanism of OFDI.It is found that enterprises’involvement in the development of technical standards significantly contributes to the autonomy of key technologies of enterprises.In particular,heading the development of technical standards has a greater impact compared to merely participating in standards development.OFDI(Outward Foreign Direct Investment)plays a positive moderating role in this impact.The exogenous investment information and the information consulting agencies are prerequisites for the effective moderation of OFDI.
