摘  要:《多轴数控机床编程与操作》是数控技术应用专业的核心课程,为提高教学质量,填补数控机床操作型人才队伍缺口,培养符合社会及企业要求的数控技术人才.在对该课程进行项目式教学探索与实践的过程中结合企业岗位实际需求选择教学项目,基于工作过程设计项目教学过程,将教学过程分为课前项目准备、课中项目实施、课后总结拓展三个阶段,并以“大力神杯”加工项目为例进行项目式教学.教学实践表明,项目教学法在《多轴数控机床编程与操作》课程教学设计中取得了良好的教学效果.“Multi-axis CNC Machine Programming and Operation”represents a core course in the CNC technology application program.This paper explores and practices project-based teaching for this course to improve the teaching quality and address the shortage of skilled personnel in the field of CNC machine operation,and to cultivate CNC technical professionals that meet the requirements of society and businesses.Combined actual requirements of enterprise job positions to select teaching projects,designing the project teaching process based on work processes,the teaching process is divided into three stages:pre-class project preparation,in-class project implementation,and post-class summary and expansion.Taking the example of the“Hercules Cup”machining project,project-based teaching methodology is implemented.Teaching practice indicates that the project-based teaching methodology has achieved favorable teaching outcomes in the instructional design of“Multi-axis CNC Machine Programming and Operation”course.
