摘　　要：阐述智能水电网收费中的智能信息采集系统设计,通过信息系统采集用水、用电的数据,并实现信息的共享、监控和管理,从而实现电网、水网与用户计量表的相互连接。This paper expounds the design of an intelligent information collection system in smart hydropower network charging,which collects data on water and electricity usage through the information system,and realizes information sharing,monitoring,and management,thereby achieving interconnection between the power grid,water network,and user metering meters.
