摘 要:硼中子俘获疗法(BNCT)是一种新兴的治疗方式,其原理是通过给患者注射对肿瘤细胞具有很强亲和力的含硼药物,再实施中子照射,中子被硼俘获,产生高杀伤力的α粒子和Li离子,精准杀死肿瘤细胞。迄今为止,BNCT已在多种肿瘤上进行临床研究,包括多形性胶质母细胞瘤、脑膜瘤、头颈癌、肉瘤、皮肤恶性肿瘤、恶性黑色素瘤、复发性癌等,随着世界各地不断地建设BNCT的治疗中心,这一新技术将迅速且全面地推广。本文拟对BNCT在脑胶质瘤的临床研究进展进行综述。Boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT)is an emerging treatment modality.BNCT is performed by injecting patients with the boron containing drugs,which has strong affinity with cancer cells.After undergoing irradiation with neutrons,the boron containing drugs can yield alpha and lithium particles,which can kill tumor cells precisely.To date,clinical studies of BNCT have been conducted in a variety of tumors,including glioblastoma multiforme,meningioma,head and neck cancer,sarcoma,malignant skin tumor,malignant melanoma and recurrent cancers,etc.With continuous construction of BNCT treatment centers around the world,this new technology will be quickly and comprehensively spread.In this article,clinical research progress in the application of BNCT for glioma treatment was reviewed.
