双级摇臂短壁采煤机采高检测研究

摘　　要：针对短壁采煤机采高检测的迫切需求,开展了双极摇臂短壁采煤机的采高检测研究。根据摇臂联动规则建立双级摇臂的采高检测模型,合理选择传感器类型和规划安装位置,确立了以测量单级摇臂摆动角度为目标,每级摇臂独立测算后再累加的检测方案。根据每级摇臂不同结构设计了相应的采高测量装置,实现了双级摇臂采高数据实时精准检测。In view of the urgent need of mining height detection of short wall shearer,research on mining height detection of short wall shearer with double-stage ranging arm is carried out.According to the rocker linkage rules,a double-stage rocker arm mining height detection model was established,the sensor type and installation position were reasonably selected,and the detection method of measuring the swing angle of the single-stage ranging arm and measuring and accumulating each stage ranging arm independently was established.The corresponding mining height measuring device is designed according to the different structure of each stage ranging arm,realizing the real-time accurate detection of mining height data of the double-stage ranging arm.
