摘  要:红枣在种植过程中易受虫类的侵害,这使得红枣的品质大幅下降,人们通常采用喷洒农药的方式以提高红枣的产量和品质。农药及其衍生物广泛残留于食品、土壤、水域及其他生态环境中,具有一定的毒害性,因此如何检测并降解残留农药备受人们关注。文章对近年来农药残留检测和降解方法的研究进行了总结,包括标记免疫分析技术法、胆碱酯酶抑制法、离子色谱法、微生物降解法、臭氧降解法和光催化降解法等技术的研究现状和应用情况,以期为红枣农药残留的检测和降解提供参考。Jujube is vulnerable to insects in the process of planting,which greatly reduces the quality of jujube.People usually use spraying pesticides to improve the yield and quality of jujube.Pesticides and their derivatives are widely residual in food,soil,water and other ecological environments,which are toxic to some extent.Therefore,how to detect and degrade residual pesticides has attracted much attention.In this paper,the research status and application of detection and degradation methods of pesticide residues in recent years are summarized,including labeling immunoassay,cholinesterase inhibition,ion chromatography,microbial degradation,ozone degradation and photocatalytic degradation,in order to provide reference for detection and degradation of pesticide residues in jujube.
