摘　　要：子宫颈癌是女性生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率居高不下且呈年轻化趋势。除了肿瘤本身造成的躯体不适外,目前常用的治疗方式包括手术、放疗、化疗、免疫治疗等均可对患者躯体造成一定的影响。躯体不适可引起情绪障碍,情绪障碍又可加重患者的躯体不适。此外,患者雌激素水平下降、性功能低下、经济压力、对肿瘤本身及对复发的恐惧等严重影响患者社会心理状态,也可能造成失眠、焦虑、抑郁等一系列心理障碍,降低患者的生存质量。恰当的心理治疗可有效地改善子宫颈癌患者的心理状态,缓解焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提高患者的生存质量及对治疗的依从性,从而改善子宫颈癌的治疗效果。Cervical cancer is the most common ma⁃lignant tumor of female reproductive system,and the incidence is high with the patients becoming younger.In addition to the physical discomfort caused by the tumor itself,commonly used treatment methods such as surgery,radiation therapy,chemotherapy,and immunotherapy can all have a certain impact on the patient′s body.For patients,physical discomfort can cause emotional disorders,which can exacerbate their physical discomfort.The decrease of estrogen level,low sexual function,economic pressure and the fear for tumor itself and for recurrence all seriously affect the patients′social and psychological status and quality of life,which may also cause a series of psychological disorders(insomnia,anxiety,depression and so on),reducing the patinet′s quality of life.Appropriate psychotherapy can effectively improve the psycholog⁃ical state of patients with cervical cancer,relieve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life and compliance to treat⁃ment,and thus improve the therapeutic effect of cer⁃vical cancer.
