电厂锅炉泄漏的原因与应对措施分析

摘　　要：阐述锅炉中的省煤器、水冷壁管道、过热器、低温再热器的泄漏原因,主要是这些设备由于受热、磨损、腐蚀等原因发生泄漏现象,导致炉管失效,提出相应的处理措施。This paper expounds the leakage reasons of economizers,water-cooled wall pipelines,superheaters,and low-temperature reheaters in boilers.The main reason is that these equipment leaks due to heating,wear,corrosion,and other reasons,resulting in furnace tube failure.Corresponding treatment measures are proposed.
