摘　　要：阐述水环境监测信息支撑平台的总体架构,探讨各模块的功能和特点,包括编码技术标准与规范体系、信息采集与交换系统、分层次的水环境数据中心、分析处理系统、共享与决策支持平台。This paper describes the overall architecture of the water environment monitoring information support platform,explores the functions and characteristics of each module,including coding technology standards and specification system,information collection and exchange system,hierarchical water environment data center,analysis and processing system,and sharing and decision support platform.
