摘　　要：阐述智能电网中的电力信息通信技术应用策略,包括光纤通信、电力通信网络、智能电力设备技术应用,探讨智能电网中的电力信息通信技术在发电、输电、变电、配电系统中的应用。This paper expounds the application strategies of power information and communication technology in smart grids,including fiber optic communication,power communication network,and intelligent power equipment technology.It explores the application of power information and communication technology in power generation,transmission,transformation,and distribution systems in smart grids.
