摘  要:阐述基于热声效应的碳纳米管CNT柔性扬声器的设计,探讨CNT的性质和热声效应的理论,并详细描述基于热声效应制备CNT柔性换能器的过程。利用有限元多物理场模拟技术对CNT扬声器进行优化和评估。通过材料堆叠与封装技术,将输出声压级和转换效率提高了100%。通过两种核心技术对优化后扬声器的性能进行了测试,获得了频率响应曲线和总谐波失真与频率的曲线。分析表明,CNT薄膜是一种优异的热声转换器件,它为设计和测试扬声器提供案例参考。This paper describes the design of carbon nanotube CNT flexible speakers based on the thermoacoustic effect,explores the properties of CNT and the theory of thermoacoustic effect,and describes in detail the process of preparing CNT flexible transducers based on the thermoacoustic effect.Using finite element multi physics field simulation technology to optimize and evaluate CNT speakers.Through material stacking and packaging technology,the output sound pressure level and conversion efficiency have been improved by 100%.The performance of the optimized speaker was tested using two core technologies,and the frequency response curve and total harmonic distortion versus frequency curve were obtained.Analysis shows that CNT thin film is an excellent thermal acoustic converter device,which provides a case reference for designing and testing speakers.
