摘　　要：阐述影响探测器响应度的因素,采用不同的芯片结构硅片制备的探测器,对光敏芯片进行响应度的对比测试,同时对使用不同结构探测器的激光测距机性能进行对比测试。This paper describes the factors that affect the responsivity of detectors.Different silicon wafers with different chip structures are used to prepare detectors,and a comparative test is conducted on the responsivity of photosensitive chips.At the same time,the performance of laser rangefinders using different structure detectors is compared and tested.
