摘　　要：阐述输变电可靠性数据与运维检修应用策略,包括数据收集和监测、运维策略优化、故障诊断和定位技术,分析设备故障和自然因素是引起断路器非计划停运的原因。This paper describes the application strategies of reliability data and operation and maintenance in power transmission and transformation,including data collection and monitoring,optimization of operation and maintenance strategies,fault diagnosis and positioning techniques,and analyzes that equipment failures and natural factors are the reasons for unplanned shutdown of circuit breakers.
