摘  要:为了缓解医学微生物学教学中实验操作性强,而教学仪器设备少,学生操作时间短的矛盾。我们使用Cult3D技术制备了显微镜、高压蒸汽灭菌器等多种医学微生物学虚拟实验仪器供学生使用,并通过实验考试评价了使用效果。发现虚拟仪器的使用可以较好地提高学生的相关实验考试成绩和实验技能。虚拟仪器的交互性、沉浸性可以增强学生对仪器结构的了解,提高学生学习的兴趣,Cult3D技术可以成为医学微生物学实验教学中一个较好的辅助工具。In order to alleviate the contradiction of strong experimental maneuverability,less teaching equipment and short operating time in medical microbiology teaching.We used Cult3D technology to prepare a variety of medical microbiology virtual experimental instruments such as microscope and high-pressure steam sterilizer for students to use,and evaluated the effect through the experimental examination.It is found that the use of virtual instruments can improve students' relevant experimental test scores and experimental skills.The interaction and immersion of virtual instrument can enhance students' understanding of the structure of the instrument and improve their interest in learning.Cult3D technology can become a good auxiliary tool in the experimental teaching of medical microbiology.
