摘  要:隔离开关开合操作时产生的特快速暂态过电压/过电流可能会严重威胁电网的可靠性,但目前尚缺乏对隔离开关特快速暂态过程的电磁干扰变化特征及变化规律的研究。文中以隔离开关分合容性小电流试验的暂态电压、电流数据为基础,提取了对应的宏脉冲波形和单脉冲波形的特征数据,通过概率密度函数拟合以及样本累积经验分布的KS检验对暂态波形特征数据进行了全面的统计分析。结果表明,分、合闸操作的宏波形持续时间概率密度分别服从GEV、inverse Gaussian分布;VFTO、VFTC单脉冲的最大峰值分别为50 kV、370 A,上升时间分别在ns级和μs级,单脉冲间隔时间为ms级;分、合闸单脉冲次数呈现为正态分布。研究结果可为开关类强电磁骚扰标准试验源的研制及系统级电磁兼容试验标准的制定提供科学依据。The very fast transient over⁃voltage/over⁃current generated during switching operation of disconnector may result in a significant threat to the reliability of power grid.However,there is a lack of research on the variation characteristics and law of electromagnetic interference in the very fast transient process of the disconnector.In this pa⁃per,the transient voltage and current data of opening and closing small capacitive current test of disconnector is tak⁃en as the base,the characteristic data of the corresponding macropulse and monopulse waveform is extracted to per⁃form comprehensive statistical analysis of the transient waveform characteristic data by way of probability density function fitting and Kolmogorov⁃Smirnov(KS)test of the sample cumulative empirical distribution.The results show that the probability density of macropulse waveform duration of opening and closing operation follows generalized extreme value(GEV)and inverse Gaussian distribution respectively.The maximum peak of VFTO and VFTC mon⁃opulse is 50 kV and 370 A respectively,the rise time is in the range of nano⁃and micro⁃seconds respectively.The monopulse interval time is ms level.The number of monopulse of opening and closing operation shows normal distri⁃bution.The research result can provide scientific evidence for the development of strong electromagnetic disturbance standard test source and the formulation of electromagnetic compatibility standard tests at system level.
