摘　　要：随着海洋石油工程行业的发展,企业对海洋石油工程项目的管理水平也在不断提高。文章以项目经济效益管理为核心进行研究,阐述项目预算管理、成本控制、财务分析、索赔与反索赔在项目中经济效益管理的作用和影响。通过对项目经济效益管理进行研究,旨在实现项目增值,提高企业盈利水平。With the development of offshore oil engineering industry,the management level of offshore oil engineering projects is also improving.This paper takes project economic benefit management as the core of research,and expounds the role and influence of project budget management,cost control,financial analysis,claim and counterclaim in project economic benefit management.Through project economic benefit management research,the purpose is to achieve project value-added and improve the profitability of enterprises.
