摘　　要：随着世界多极化、经济全球化的深入发展,文化与经济相互交融的程度不断加深。为寻求更大的发展空间,越来越多的国有企业实施国际化战略,国企文化融合与跨文化经营面临新机遇、新挑战。文章就国企文化融合、跨文化经营面临的难题进行探讨分析,围绕企业跨文化经营、多元文化管理体系建设等提出对策和建议。With the deepening development of world multipolarity and economic globalization,the degree of integration between culture and economy is constantly deepening.In order to seek greater development space,more and more state-owned enterprises are implementing internationalization strategies,and cultural integration and cross-cultural management of state-owned enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges.The article explores and analyzes the difficulties faced by cultural integration and cross-cultural management in state-owned enterprises,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions around cross-cultural management and the construction of a multicultural management system in enterprises.
