摘 要:基于道德排除理论,采用多项式回归和响应面分析方法,对313份3时点的领导-下属配对数据进行分析,探讨了领导-下属底线心智一致性对辱虐管理的影响。研究结果发现:领导-下属底线心智一致性程度越高,领导感知的深层次差异越低;相较于“低-低”组合,“高-高”组合在领导-下属底线心智一致性情形下,领导感知深层次差异更低;相较于“高-低”组合,“低-高”组合在领导-下属底线心智不一致性情形下,领导感知深层次差异更低;领导-下属底线心智一致性通过领导感知深层次差异对辱虐管理产生间接影响;下属绩效负向调节领导-下属底线心智一致性通过领导感知深层次差异对辱虐管理的间接影响。Based on moral exclusion theory,this study uses polynomial regression and response surface analysis to analyze 313 leader-member pairs in three waves to explore the effect of leader-member bottom-line mentality congruence on abusive supervision.The results show that the more congruent the leader-member bottom-line mentality is,the lower level of deep dissimilarity perceived by supervisor.Under the situation of congruence,compared with the“low-low”combination,the“high-high”combination has a lower level of deep dissimilarity perceived by supervisor;Under the situation incongruence,compared with“high-low”combination,the“low-high”combination has a lower level of deep dissimilarity perceived by supervisor.Leader-member bottom-line mentality congruence has an indirect impact on abusive supervision through deep-level dissimilarity perceived by supervisor.Further,subordinate performance negatively moderates the indirect effect of leader-member bottom-line mentality congruence on abusive supervision through perceived deep-level dissimilarity.
