摘　　要：遵循开放协同创新思想及业态多元化、平台去中心化、资源一体化理念,揭示区块链赋能的智能知识服务总体框架及运行机制。总体框架静态描述构成要素及要素间关系,依托应用服务、开放接口、业务逻辑、数据逻辑、技术基础等要素协同构建智能知识服务生态体系;运行机制动态描述面向用户、服务、资源协同的宏微观智能知识服务运行流程,宏观协同用户、服务、资源管理机制提供嵌入式智能知识服务,微观提供区块链赋能的用户兴趣建模、知识服务提供、知识资源管理机制。Following the principles of open collaborative innovation,as well as the concepts of diversified business models,decentralized platforms,and integrated resources,this paper reveals the overall framework and operational mechanisms of blockchain-empowered intelligent knowledge services.The static depiction of the overall framework outlines the constituent elements and their interrelationships.Leveraging elements such as application services,open interfaces,business logic,data logic,and technological foundations,a collaborative construction of an intelligent knowledge service ecosystem is established.The dynamic portrayal of operational mechanisms delineates the macro-micro processes of collaborative intelligent knowledge services directed towards users,services,and resources.At the macro level,a collaborative mechanism orchestrates users,services,and resource management to embed intelligent knowledge services,while at the micro level,it encompasses blockchain-facilitated user interest modeling,knowledge service provisioning,and knowledge resource management mechanisms.
