摘 要:采用离子色谱法检测饮用水中氨氮,依据检测原理及操作步骤建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源,计算各不确定度分量,最后合成得到相对扩展不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,样品氨氮浓度为0.281 mg·L^(-1)时,离子色谱法测定饮用水中氨氮的相对扩展不确定度为0.053 0(置信区间为95%,k=2),扩展不确定度为0.015 mg·L^(-1)。不确定度主要来自标准溶液配制过程中量具校准和标准曲线拟合。Ion chromatography was used for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in drinking water,and a mathematical model was established according to the detection principle and operation procedure,the sources of uncertainty were analyzed,the uncertainty components were calculated,and the relative extended uncertainty and extended uncertainty were synthesized at last.The results showed that,when the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the sample was 0.281 mg·L^(-1),the relative extended uncertainty of the ion chromatography method for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in drinking water was 0.0524(with 95%confidence interval,k=2),and the extended uncertainty was 0.015 mg·L^(-1).The uncertainty mainly came from the calibration of measuring vessel during the preparation of the standard solution and the fitting of the standard curve.
