摘 要:针对某款商用牵引车在猛踩与猛松油门时出现的整车抖动问题,从理论分析和实际测试两个方面进行了电控特性解决方案的研究。首先,基于理论分析的结果阐述了抖动产生的机理,找出了与整车抖动强相关的因子,并提出了针对性的解决方案和调试原则。接着,利用AVL Drive设备进行了试验测试,对比了不同工况下的改善效果。研究结果表明:采用扭矩速率限制电控技术可以有效改善驾驶员在猛踩与猛松油门时整车的扭转振动与冲击度。该技术在整车冲击度不高于16m/s^(3)时,可以提供更好的驾驶体验。Aiming at the problem of vehicle vibration when the commercial tractor is slammed on and off the accelerator,a solution for the electronic control characteristics was studied from both theoretical analysis and practical testing.Firstly,based on the results of the-oretical analysis,the mechanism of vibration generation was explained,and factors strongly related to the vibration of the whole vehicle were identified,and targeted solutions and debugging principles were proposed.Then,experimental tests were conducted using AVL Drive to compare the improvement effects under different conditions.The research results showed that using torque rate limiting elec-tronic control technology can effectively improve the torsional vibration and shock of the whole vehicle when the driver slams on and off the accelerator.When the shock of the whole vehicle is not higher than 16m/s^(3),it can provide a better driving experience and is ac-cepted by most drivers.
