摘　　要：随着中国经济社会的快速发展,炼油装置工程项目建设投资规模不断扩大,为了控制好项目建设投资,文章以某套炼油装置为例,对该套装置的费用进行全过程管理分析探讨。从应做好建设方案研究与比选、进行多方案技术经济分析和评价确定方案等环节入手,提出了要全员、全过程管理的具体措施。With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the scale ofinvestment in the construction of oil refining plant project is constantly expanding.In order to control the project construction investment,this paper takes a set of oil refining plant as an example to analyze and discuss the whole process management of the cost of this set of plant.Starting from the research and comparison of construction plans,the technical and economic analysis of multiple plans and the evaluation to determine the plans,the paper puts forward specific measures to manage the whole staff and the whole process.
