摘　　要：农村成人教育是乡村振兴的关键要素和有力抓手,从构建农村成人教育生态位体系,跨学科将生态学与农村成人教育实施集成论述,从乡村振兴发展目标出发,将农村成人教育视作生态系统对其组成、结构、功能以及它们之间的关系进行协调性研究,明确了农村成人教育的生态位体系及现状。使用问卷调研、层次分析等方法按照乡村振兴要求,构建农村成人教育评价指标体系,找出关键影响因子并研究农村成人教育与职业教育、双创机制的融合。Rural adult education is a key element and a starting point for rural revitalization.This paper discusses the construction of an ecological niche system of rural adult education,integrates ecology and rural adult education across disciplines,and takes rural adult education as an ecosystem to conduct a coordinated study on its composition,structure,function and the relationship between them from the perspective of rural revitalization and development goals.The ecological niche system and current situation of rural adult education are clarified.According to the requirements of rural revitalization,the evaluation index system of rural adult education was constructed by using questionnaire survey and hierarchical analysis,and the key influencing factors were found out and the integration of rural adult education,vocational education and mass innovation mechanism was studied.
