摘 要:道路交叉口服务水平的高低正向影响物流网络通行效率。以演达大道—东江东路平面交叉口为对象,采用实地调研法对其交通组织、交通流量和信控机制等进行描述性考察,采用VISSIM建立优化前后交叉口的可视化仿真模型。剖析交叉口现存信号配时、交通管理和通行效率等不完善的问题,从车道功能划分、信号配时、智慧交通与区域交通4个层面,基于Ring-Barrier相位运用Webster法建立早启迟断式信号配时模型并求解。以车均延误时间为评价指标,对比考察优化路径的效用。结果表明:优化后交叉口整体车均延误减少47.30%,服务水平由F提升到D,各进口向车均延误降低15.52%~59.85%,其通行能力显著提高,验证其存在的问题及优化策略的可行性。The level of service of road intersections positively affects the efficiency of logistics network traffic.This paper takes the plaar intersection of Yanda Avenue-Dongjiang East Road as an object by field research to conduct a descriptive investigation of its traffic organization,traffic flow and signal control mechanism.VISSIM is used to build a visual simulation model of the intersection before and after optimization.The existing problems of signal timing,traffic management and traffic efficiency at the intersection are analyzed.An early start-late break signal timing model based on the Ring-Barrier phase is developed and solved using the Webster method from four levels:lane function classification,signal timing,intelligent traffic and regional traffic.The effectiveness of the optimized route is compared with the average vehicle delay time as the evaluation index.The results show that the overall average delay of the intersection is reduced by 47.30%,while the level of service is improved from F to D.The average delay of each inlet direction is reduced by 15.52-59.85%,which significantly improves its traffic capacity.The above results verifies the feasibility of the existing problems and the reated optimized strategies.
