摘　　要：婴儿纤维性错构瘤是一种罕见的婴幼儿浅表软组织良性肿瘤。本文报道1例出生仅7天的婴儿纤维性错构瘤女性患儿。患儿自出生起发现腹部、自右侧腹股沟至右膝关节处泛发淡红色、质韧斑块,无疼痛及瘙痒,表面可见毛发增多。经病理学和免疫组化检查诊断为婴儿纤维性错构瘤。Fibrous hamartoma in infants is a rare benign tumor of superficial soft tissue.We report a 7-day-old female infant with fibrous hamartoma..After birth,the infant was found that there were many plaques on the right leg from the groin to the knee joint,which was tough,without pain and itching,and the surface hair grew.The diagnosis of fibrous hamartmoma of infancy was made according the pathological and immunohistochemical features.
