基层医疗队伍应对突发传染病平战结合模式研究

摘　　要：目的探究基层医疗队伍应对突发传染病平战结合模式,为提高基层医疗队伍对突发公共卫生事件应急综合能力提供思路和方向。方法随机抽取广州市番禺区石楼镇社区卫生服务中心48名医护人员,对其实施应对突发传染病平战结合策略管理。观察比较管理前后医护人员责任意识、应急响应能力、科学处置能力、医疗救援能力、心理抗压能力、沟通协作能力及健康宣教能力评分。结果管理后,医护人员责任意识、应急响应能力、科学处置能力、医疗救援能力、心理抗压能力及沟通协作能力及健康宣教能力评分明显高于管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对基层社区卫生服务机构医疗队伍实施平战结合模式管理,能够提高整个队伍面对突发传染病的应急综合能力,确保面对突发公共卫生事件快速处置,最大限度保障群众身体健康和生命安全。Objective To explore the mode of combining peacetime and wartime for grass-roots medical teams to deal with sudden infectious diseases,and to provide ideas and directions for improving the comprehensive emergency response ability of grass-roots medical teams to public health emergencies.Methods A total of 48 medical staff from the Guangzhou City Panyu District Shilou Town Community Health Service Center were randomly selected,and the strategy of combining peacetime and wartime response to sudden infectious diseases was implemented.The scores of responsibility awareness,emergency response ability,scientific disposal ability,medical rescue ability,psychological stress resistance ability,communication and cooperation ability and health education ability of medical staffs before and after management were observed and compared.Results After management,the scores of medical staff's responsibility awareness,emergency response ability,scientific disposal ability,medical rescue ability psychological stress resistance ability,communication and cooperation ability and health education ability were significantly higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the combining peacetime and wartime management model for the medical teams of grass-roots community health service institutions could improve the comprehensive emergency response abilities of the entire team in the face of sudden infectious diseases,ensure rapid response to public health emergencies,and maximize the protection of public health and life safety.
