焦作市城区居民共享高校公共资源的可达性研究——以地理信息系统为基础

摘　　要：高校拥有完善的基础设施,公共资源丰富,它具有公益属性,能为民众提供学习、休闲和娱乐的场所。一个城市高校数量有限,居民小区呈散点布局,城市交通网络便利度不一,因此不同居民点到达高校的路径存在差异。本文以焦作市城区高校、居民小区为研究对象,依托ArcGIS软件构建数据模型,通过数据分析得出焦作市城区高校分布和居民小区的关系,然后提出对策,以提高高校公共资源的可达性,使城区居民共享高校公共资源。Universities have sound infrastructure,abundant public resources,and public welfare attributes,providing places for learning,leisure,and entertainment for the public.The number of universities in a city is limited,and residential areas are scattered in layout,and the convenience of urban transportation networks varies,so there are differences in the paths from different residential areas to universities.This paper takes universities and residential areas in the urban area of Jiaozuo City as the research object,and constructs a data model using ArcGIS software,and obtains the relationship between the distribution of universities in the urban area of Jiaozuo City and residential areas through data analysis,and then proposes countermeasures to improve the accessibility of public resources in universities and enable urban residents to share public resources in universities.
