摘　　要：目的:探讨不同产区天冬外观性状和显微特征差异,为进一步完善天冬质量评价体系提供参考。方法:采用不同产区天冬药材,比较药材形状、表面、质地和显微特征。结果:四川、贵州、广西产的天冬个头适中;重庆产的天冬个头较小;云南、野生天冬个头大,云南产的天冬颜色更深,野生的颜色偏灰暗。云南产的天冬皮层和中柱比大;四川、贵州、广西、重庆的次之;野生的较小。四川产的天冬未见石细胞;广西、贵州、云南产的可见石细胞和草酸钙针晶,重庆产的天冬的石细胞较多,草酸钙针晶较长;野生天冬石细胞最多,草酸钙针晶最长。结论:由于生长环境和种内差异,不同产区天冬在外观性状和组织特征有明显差异。Objective To explore the differences of appearance and microscopic characteristics of Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.) Merr.. Method From different production areas, provide new technologies and methods to further improve the quality evaluation system of Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.) Merr.. And provide reference basis for controlling its quality. In this paper, Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.)Merr..From different production areas were used to compare the appearance, size, color, surface, texture and other characteristics of crude drugs, as well as the root cross-sectional microscopy and powder microscopy characteristics were compared. Result The Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.) Merr.of Si Chuan, Gui Zhou, and Guang Xi have medium size;Chong Qing is smaller;Yun Nan and wild are larger, the color of the Yun Nan is darker and the wild is more gray. The ratio of root cortex and central column in Yun Nan are larger;Si Chuan, Gui Zhou, Guang Xi, and Chong Qing are second;wild is smaller. There are no stone cells in Si Chuan;Stone cells and needle-like calcium oxalate crystal are found in Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan, Chong Qing has more stone cells, and needle-like calcium oxalate crystals are longer;wild has most stone cells, and needle-like calcium oxalate crystals are longest. Conclusion Prove there are obvious differences in the appearance traits and tissue characteristics of Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.) Merr. in different production areas due to differences in growth environment and varieties.
