摘　　要：仅利用矩阵的基本理论建立了四个引理,并且在此基础上对W.E.Roth第二定理给出了新的证明.In this paper,four lemmas are established only based on the basic theory of matrix,and therefore William E.Roth s Second Theorem is proved by using these lemmas.
