摘 要:以历年引进的朱顶红种质资源为试验材料,将其按照近似花品种和同名品种进行分组,其中近似花品种包括12个组合45个品种,同名品种包括12个组合31个品种,从已开发的EST-SSR标记中筛选多态性引物,对这些引进的朱顶红种质资源进行鉴定。结果表明:从朱顶红转录组开发的7对SSR标记中利用其中5对进行本次试验,通过近似花组合聚类结果分析得出,12个组合中,5个组合部分品种遗传相似系数较高,大部分组合及品种呈现错综复杂的亲缘关系;同名组合聚类结果为12个组合中有9个组合大部分品种聚在一起;‘橙色君主’、‘苹果花’和‘帆船’3个组合遗传背景复杂。部分组合亲缘关系可以看出,多组白色单瓣和红白条纹单瓣组合的遗传相似系数较高,多组重瓣和单瓣品种聚在一起。朱顶红具有丰富的遗传多样性,本研究为研究朱顶红品种间的亲缘关系,进行朱顶红种质资源鉴定提供参考。Based on the germplasm resources of Hippeastrum spp.introduced over the years,they were grouped according to the varieties with similar flowers and the varieties with the same name.Among them,the varieties with similar flowers included 45 varieties of 12 combinations,and the varieties with the same name included 31 varieties of 12 combinations.Polymorphic primers were screened from the developed EST-SSR markers to identify these introduced Hippeastrum spp.germplasm resources.The results showed that five of the seven pairs of SSR markers developed from the vermilion transcriptome were used for this experiment.Through the cluster analysis of approximate flower combinations,it was found that the genetic similarity coefficient of some varieties in five of the 12 combinations was high,and most of the combinations and varieties presented complex genetic relationships;clustering results of homonymous combinations showed that 9 of 12 combinations had most varieties clustered together;the genetic background of three combinations of'Orange Sovereign','Apple Blossom'and'Benfica'was complex.It could be seen from the genetic relationship of some combinations that the genetic similarity coefficient of multiple groups of white single-petal and red-white striped single-petal combinations was high,and multiple groups of double-petal and single-petal varieties gather together.The study provides a reference for the study of the genetic relationship between the varieties of Hippeastrum spp.and the identification of the germplasm resources of Hippeastrum spp.
