杭州亚运会跆拳道女子67KG级冠军宋洁制胜技术运用特征分析基于灰色关联分析法

摘　　要：在杭州第十九届亚运会上,中国跆拳道队取得了5金1银2铜的亚运历史最好成绩,宋洁代表中国队拿下一枚混合团体金牌和一枚女子67KG级金牌,收获两金。本文采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法、灰色关联法等方法,以杭州第十九届亚运会女子67KG级冠军宋洁的制胜得分技术运用特征为研究对象,分析其腿法制胜得分技术和组合制胜得分技术,旨在为我国跆拳道女子运动员的训练、竞赛提供参考。结果表明:①宋洁得分能力较强,都是以较大的分差领先对手并取得胜利,在比赛中发挥了出色竞技水平,能够有效地击败对手并掌握比赛的控制权。②宋洁在其腿法制胜得分技术中,表现出较强的头部踢击得分能力和对步法的灵活运用,里合下劈是其主要的腿法制胜得分技术之一,在比赛中善于抓住对手的弱点,利用不同的制胜得分技术取胜。③宋洁在比赛过程中,通过组合制胜得分技术连续击打得分,推和踢成为其主要的组合制胜得分技术,得分效果显著,组合的连贯性和变化性能够给对手带来持续的压力。In the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games,the Chinese Taekwondo team achieved historic success with 5 gold,1 silver,and 2 bronze medals.Song Jie,representing China,secured two gold medals by winning a mixed team gold and the women's-67KG category.This paper employs various methods,including literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics,and grey relational analysis.It focuses on analyzing the technical nuances of Song Jie's winning scoring in the women's-67KG category,specifically examining her leg techniques for scoring and combination strategies.The objective is to offer theoretical insights for the training and competition of Chinese Taekwondo female athletes.The findings reveal:(1)Song Jie demonstrates a robust scoring ability,consistently leading opponents with significant point differentials,showcasing exceptional athletic prowess and effective match control.(2)Within her leg techniques for winning points,Song Jie displays a strong aptitude for head-kicking scores and adept utilization of footwork.The inside leg kick emerges as a primary technique for winning points,allowing her to capitalize on opponents'weaknesses using diverse winning strategies.(3)Throughout the competition,Song Jie employs combination techniques for scoring,with pushing and kicking becoming her primary methods.This approach yields notable scoring effects,as the coherence and variability of her combinations consistently apply pressure on opponents.
