摘  要:为了解决人工手动测试无法再现某型涡扇发动机高压转子转速(n2)的摆动故障,导致主燃油调节器维修效率低、维修质量差等问题,提出一种基于主燃油调节器性能试验器的自动控制算法。根据发动机台架试车数据与理论分析提出一种分段模糊自适应PID控制算法,利用模糊控制理论建立n2转速控制模型,实现n2从起动到最大状态的稳定工作,并筛选出引起转速摆动故障的主燃油调节器。试验结果表明,该控制系统能够在主燃油调节器性能试验器上进行n2闭环控制,从慢车到最大状态稳定工作时的n2转速与发动机台架试车数据基本一致,并且算法稳定性优于经典PID算法,能够在进行航空燃油燃烧的试车台试验之前,挑选出引起转速摆动故障的主燃油调节器。To solve the problem that the manual test cannot reproduce the swing fault of the high-pressure rotor speed(n2)of a turbofan engine,which leads to low maintenance efficiency and poor maintenance quality of the main fuel regulator,an automatic control algorithm based on the main fuel regulator performance tester is proposed.According to the engine bench test data and theoretical analysis,a segmented fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is proposed.The n2 speed control model is established by using fuzzy control theory to realize the stable operation of n2 from start to maximum state,and the main fuel regulator causing the speed swing fault is selected.The test results show that the control system can perform n2 closed-loop control on the main fuel regulator performance tester.The n2 speed from slow running to maximum state stability is basically consistent with the engine bench test data,and the algorithm stability is better than the classical PID algorithm.Before the test bench test of aviation fuel combustion,the main fuel regulator that causes the speed swing fault is selected.
