地方涉农高校“一懂两爱”复合应用型人才培养的探索和实践——以玉溪师范学院为例

摘　　要：培养“一懂两爱”新型人才,助力乡村振兴和农业农村现代化建设,是新农科背景下国家对农业人才培养提出的新要求。在培养“一懂两爱”复合应用型人才过程中,地方涉农高校应紧紧围绕“一懂两爱”的人才培养目标,通过三个融合:多学科交叉融合的专业课程体系、“两爱”情怀融贯专业课程的思政体系、校企深度融合的“能力递进式”多维实践教学体系,以及强化三导师制的“一三三”人才培养模式,不断探索实践,构建和完善地方涉农高校农学专业新的有效的人才培养模式.The requirement to cultivate talents who“understand agriculture,devote to rural communities and be sincere to farmers”proposed by the country is new to agricultural talent cultivation under the background of“new agriscience”.To cultivate cross-disciplinary and practical talents conforming to the requirement for rural revitalization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas,local agriculture-related colleges and universities should keep exploring better cultivation modes with the requirement as the goal of talent training through designing an interdisciplinary curriculum system,integrating the feelings for agriculture,rural areas and farmers into the ideological and political system of professional curriculum,establishing an“ability progressive”multi-dimensional practical teaching system based on the in-depth integration of school and enterprise,and improving the present cultivation mode of“133”which focuses on one goal,three integration and three tutorial systems in agronomy specialty.
